Care Support Specialist (CSS)

Are you passionate about helping others live better, more independent lives? Beyond Care Services is hiring Care Support Specialists (CSS) to provide in-home care to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. We offer flexible schedules, training, and the chance to truly make a difference.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Support mobility (transfers, repositioning) and community involvement
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18+ with a clean background
- CPR, HIV 101, and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Experience preferred (CNA, HHA, MA), but we provide training
Required Trainings & Certifications:
- HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)
- Zero Tolerance
- DCCC (Direct Care Core Competency)
- All Waiver Providers Training
- HIV 101
- CPR & First Aid Certification (must be current)

- Level 2 Background Check (FDLE/FBI)
- Local Law Enforcement Background Check
