About Us

Compassionate Care That Feels Like Family

At Beyond Care Services, we believe that every individual—regardless of ability—deserves to live with dignity, joy, and the support they need to thrive. Since our founding in 2020, we've been committed to providing high-quality, personalized care to children and adults with disabilities, with a special focus on those on the autism spectrum.

What began as one woman’s mission of love has grown into a trusted organization serving our community with heart. We combine lived experience, professional knowledge, and genuine empathy to create a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for every family we serve.

Where Passion Meets Purpose: The Story of Gail Ortiz

My name is Gail Ortiz, and since 2018, I have dedicated my life to serving children and adults with disabilities—especially those on the autism spectrum. My journey began in the most personal way: as a caregiver for my own granddaughter. That experience opened my eyes and heart, igniting a deep passion to better understand and support individuals with special needs.

In 2020, I took a leap of faith and founded Beyond Care Services, an organization built on compassion, commitment, and the belief that everyone deserves quality care and dignity. What started as a personal mission has grown into a community resource that offers specialized care and heartfelt support to those who need it most.

This is more than just a profession—it’s my calling. Every family we support, every story we become a part of, strengthens my resolve to continue learning, growing, and providing care that truly makes a difference. And for me, this is just the beginning.
